Industrial Aspect FGD Activities with Business Actors and Associations

Friday, August 19, 2022. APRI participated in activities carried out by the Ministry of BKPM related to the preparation of a roadmap for the downstream strategic investment.

Through Ir. Bambang Arif Nugraha and Dr. Ayu Ervinia as APRI representative conveyed important things related to value added products and the development of crab waste products. Development of Value Added Product such as crab cakes and products made from waste raw materials or by-products of crab, such as chitin/chitosan, shrimp paste lemi, fertilizer from crab shell flakes, etc.

Ir. Bambang Arif Nugraha and Dr. Ayu Ervinia conveyed the strategic value and challenges of the crab processing industry, the support needed and the possibility of collaboration that could be developed for sustainability programs and increasing the foreign exchange value of the crab industry.

This FGD is a forum to provide strategic input from all stakeholders to the Ministry of Investment/BKPM which is currently preparing a roadmap for the Downstream of Strategic Investments.
