End Year Quarterly Meeting 2017

Indonesian Blue Swimming Crab Association (APRI) has organized the End Year Quarterly Meeting 2017 with topic “Consolidation of Industries for Sustainability of Indonesian Blue Swimming Crab Fishery”. This meeting was held in Solo, Central Java on 17 December 2017. APRI’s Chairman Kuncoro Catur Nugroho report the latest information about BSC Industry. APRI’s Secretary Bambang Arif Nugraha report evaluating the benefit of sustainable fisheries in Indonesia and also give the information about Indonesian BSC Export Value in latest 2017.

APRI’s Executive Director Dr. Hawis Madduppa was present about The update from APRI Activity to support FIP Program. Other then that he also present about preparation for Control Document V2.0 to supporting traceability, regulatory compliance and sustainability of BSC fishery in Indonesia. The Control Document V2.0 is an update and simplification from the 1^st Control Document. It was expected this program can support the APRI members to prepare the SIMP (Seafood Import Monitoring Program) regulation from US Government

APRI’s Treasurer Wita Setioko also introduce the smartphone application called APRI APP to the APRI members. This apps will support the BSC tracebility management in APRI members. During the meeting, new APRI member have been introduced. This members was PT. Kemilau Bintang Timur
