APRI is ready to collaborate in STELINA as a “Traceability System” for crab fisheries in Indonesia. APRI strongly supports matters related to traceability in accordance with APRI’s tagline, namely Sustainable & Traceable. Dr. Hawis Maddupa as the Executive Director of APRI explained that one of APRI’s focuses is the traceability program so that with the integration of the government, APRI is ready to collaborate.

Dr. Hawis Madduppa also explained that the crab fishery activities are through the crab fish supply chain from upstream to downstream. Starting from fishermen catching crabs until these products can reach consumers. The Directorate of Logistics from KKP explained that STELINA has 2 main actors, namely: marketers and processors. This fishery logistics management model consists of several stages, namely: production-procurement-storage-transportation-distribution. APRI is ready to collaborate and will discuss further technically later.
