APRI with NGO partners and PT Kelola Mina Laut (KML) carried out the BSC solidarity action 1781945 by distributing food packages to orphans, pickers and fisherman in several small crab supply chains in East Java on April 25, 2020,
As the name suggests the BSC solidarity action 1781945, this means that 17 APRI members will carry out the BSC solidarity activity, this assistance will be distributed in 8 provinces which are the crab supply chain, namely North Sumatra, South Sumatra, Lampung, West Java, Central Java, East Java, Southeast Sulawesi and South Sulawesi. This solidarity is done to help the supply chain to cope with the Covid-19 outbreak in April (4) to May (5).
PT Kelola Mina Laut (KML) distributed food packages in 10 supply chains in 4 Regency in Madura, East Java. The distribution of food packages was distributed to 103 people who were orphans, fishermen and BSC pickers.
In carrying out the action plan, APRI has raised funds from a member of APRI, with funds that have collected more than 200 million rupiahs and distributed to each of its miniplants. The funds collected will then be used to purchase groceries in the form of rice, cooking oil, sugar and others with a value of Rp. 100,000 (PACKAGE 1) and Rp. 250,000 (PACKAGE 2). Then it will be distributed to fishermen/pickers/boilers at the small plant level.
