Strengthening the APRI Organizational Structure for Better Management of the Blue Swimming Crab Fishery

APRI continues to be committed to continuing to manage crab by continuing to pay attention to the development of crab fisheries both on a national and global scale by strengthening the organizational structure by presenting an Expert Council as Experts in the marine and fisheries sector to be able to provide insight into management that is wise and in accordance with scientific principles.

The presentation of the structure of the APRI Expert Council was inaugurated on February 25 2025, coincided with the East Java Province blue swimming crab management meeting in Surabaya, the APRI Expert Council was inaugurated following the official letter issued and signed by Chairman of APRI, Mr. Ir. Kuncoro Catur Nugroho, M.M. The APRI Expert Council consist Prof. Dr. Ir. Indra Jaya, M.Sc from IPB University as the Head of Expert Council and Prof. Dr. Dian Wijayanto, S.Pi., M.M., M.S.E from Diponegoro University (UNDIP) as the Member of APRI Expert Council.
