APRI participates in Focus Group Discussion activities Overview of the direction of marine and fisheries development policies Towards prosperous and sustainable development. The activity was held on Thursday, December 6, 2018 at the Athlete Century Park Hotel, Central Jakarta. The event was attended by various parties from various backgrounds such as Bappenas, KKP, APRI, Industry and various other stakeholders in the marine and fisheries sector.

This activity consisted of two panel discussion sessions, in a panel of one resource person consisting of the Dean of the IPB Business School, the Secretary General of the KKP, Prof. Rokhmin Dahuri, MS., University of Hasanuddin Representative by Dr. Sudirman Saad, Mayor of Bitung, Pole & Line Handline Indonesia Fisheries Association (APHI) and Indonesian House of Representatives IV Commission. The panel discussion session II, the resource person consisted of APRI represented by Mr. Wita Setioko, Expert Staff of the Corruption Eradication Commission, Secretary General of the 2009-2010 KP, Indonesian Association of Tuna, Chair of HNSI Tegal, Society of Archipelago Fisheries and KSP Maritime Expert.
