In order to improve compliance among producers as well as facilitate supply chain to achieve accountability, traceability and verification. APRIand SFP has organized Third Party Auditors training on control document V 2.0 as a form of compliance with Ministerial Regulation remains an issue of concern in Indonesia. This activity was conducted in Bogor on 9 February 2018. As many as 9 new participant from around Indonesia ready to follow this meeting.
This training is part for support and increase BSC Control Document in Indonesia and also to continue the last implement of Control Document. Through traceability and documentation systems, buyers may have a means to verify their suppliers that the traded products come from authorized suppliers, through legal fishing practices, by means of fishing gear and catches in accordance with national and internationally regulations applicable.APRI executive director Dr. Hawis Madduppa, explained the APRI members and mini plants mapping and distribution across Indonesia.
The purpose of this meeting is
1) Provide an understanding to the auditors regarding the audit process of Traceability and System Documentation
2) Discuss technical matters to be conducted at the time of the Traceability and System Documentation audit
The audit expected can be conducted in first year quarter 2018.
