FGD – Socialization and Certification of Quality Standards Product in Miniplant at Lampung Province

Indonesian Blue Swimming Crab Association (APRI) in cooperation with Lampung province Marine and Fisheries Agency (MFA) was held the last Focus Group Disscussion Socialization and Certification of Quality Standards Product in BSC Miniplant. This activity was held on November 27 in Lampung MFA Meeting Room. Several stakeholders start from miniplant in lampung province, UPI/Plant, Government Institution was invited. For speaker APRI invited from Mr, Suardi from BKIPM/Lampung Fish Quarantine to speak about Good Way of Fish Management (CPIB), and for Certificate of Processing Feasibility (SKP) was presented by Mrs. Luzi and Mrs. Debi from Lampung LPPHP.

This activity was opened by Head of Lampung MFA represented by Mr. Makmur. He was hope this event can help improve the BSC management from bottom to top supply chain, and also can help government institution to mapping supply chain in Lampung Province. Mr. Bambang Arif Nugraha (APRI Secretary) also persented about latest developments related to the BSC  industry and Mr. Hawis Madduppa (APRI Executive Director) was presented about new update of APRI Fisheries Improvement Program.This activity got great enthusiasm from the participants. They also interest with APRI Program for sustainability and traceability such as BSC Cultivation. APRI itself is open for those who want to get the baby crabs for cultivation.
